Suede boots for men and women

Most of the suede boots here are Sanders, made in Northamptonshire, with Orca Bay and our own Twickenham Chelsea boot alongside. The range covers the chukka, the Chelsea and the country boot, in snuff, chocolate, tan, moss green, navy, black and fawn.

Chukka boots

The Sanders Hi-Top is a chukka on a crepe sole, made on the JOEL last, in Polo Snuff, chocolate, Indiana tan, moss green, navy and black suede. The Sanders Marvin is a fawn suede chukka, also on crepe. Crepe gives a soft, cushioned step for town and dry days.

Chelsea boots

  • Sanders Liam: Goodyear welted, in dark brown Pinner suede or Kenia waxy suede.
  • Orca Bay Brompton: brown suede.
  • Twickenham: our own chocolate suede Chelsea boot on a rubber sole.

Country and apron boots

The Sanders Cheltenham is a brogue Derby boot in waxed suede, Goodyear welted with a storm welt and commando rubber sole, in chocolate brown and snuff. The Sanders Wilson is a tobacco suede apron boot on a Vibram sole. These are the ones for wet ground and long walks.

Suede boot FAQ

Is waxed suede more weather-resistant?

Waxed or waxy suede has been treated to cope better with damp than plain suede. It still benefits from a brush and a protector spray.

Crepe or commando sole?

Crepe is soft and comfortable on dry pavements. A commando sole has deep lugs for grip on wet or muddy ground.

How do I keep the shape?

Use boot trees after wear. Our suede care guide covers cleaning.
