Shipping and Delivery

General

Normally all items are dispatched within 2 working days except for shoes which may take a little longer depending on stock. Any orders placed after 1pm will normally be processed the next day or day after depending on how busy we are.

Most of our shipping is based on weight and area. Refer to the checkout page to see the charges. We offer flat rates to all zones of UK and Europe up to 30Kg.

We use the Royal Mail or a signed for courier service - please ensure that you provide a delivery address where the courier can successfully deliver first time! We also need good contact details in case the driver needs further information or instructions.

If the goods are obviously damaged in transit please - sign for them as "damaged" and let us know in writing immediately or before 7 days.

UK Shipping

We offer flat rate delivery to mainland UK signature required. You must provide us with an address where the goods can be received and signed for and a telephone number. The courier will make up to three attempts to deliver the goods before returning them to us. If they leave a card it is your responsibility to contact the courier and arrange collection or redelivery within 5 days. It is normally possible to re-arrange delivery within the same postcode area free of charge. Shipping can take from 1-4 days from day of dispatch.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Channel Islands and all offshore Locations

There is a courier surcharge for delivery to Northern Ireland and all offshore British Islands - Including Scottish islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands etc. We will use the Royal Mail when we can - please check the pricing quote at checkout.

Please do not purchase before examining the calculated charge.

In cases where you only want a small item - particularly small, thin & light ones under 100g (a letter) - postage might be significantly cheaper to send by royal mail first class recorded. Please call through your order and ask for a quote.

EU Shipping

We can deliver to most parts of the EU using zones. The rates are competitive but remain expensive for small orders. e.g. France, Germany, Benelux is flat rate of GBP 12 up to 30Kg, so the more you buy the less significant is the postage cost.

NON-EU members and Rest of World

We will use fedex, TNT or UPS. This can be an expensive service and there is no flat rate offered as it is entirely based on weight or volume. Please ask for a quote if you need to know prior to ordering.
