Please make sure any text customisation is spelled and capitalised exactly as required.
Any uploaded images must be black and white only
For ANY TRADEMARK we need written authorisation directly from the trademark owner confirming you have permission to use their logo, and that we’re permitted to engrave it. Without that, we can’t include trademarked logos
Keep all text/art within blue bounding box! if you can't see it- nor can we!
Ensure Images also have any required permissions for you to be able to commission us to use them. Images must be of suitable size or resolution (300dpi). If you provide a low quality image we will do the best we can with it or may have to reject the order entirely.
Uploaded Images should be black and white and preferably transparent PNG or vectors.
Highly detailed images that are shrunk into a very small space are likely to lose all the detail and result in a blob. Small images expanded well beyond their original size will equally likely to be unsuitable unless supplied as vectors.
Terms of Personalisation / Customisation.
Customised items cannot be cancelled or returned once the work has been performed, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Once you have placed your order, it is unlikely you will be able to change it as we process orders very quickly - you should call us as soon as possible. If we have already personalised the product it will be too late to alter it and the order cannot be cancelled for a refund.
