Terms of Personalisation / Customisation.
Customised items cannot be cancelled or returned once the work has been performed, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Once you have placed your order, it is unlikely you will be able to change it as we process orders very quickly - you should call us as soon as possible. If we have already personalised the product it will be too late to alter it and the order cannot be cancelled for a refund.

- Please make sure any text customisation is spelled and capitalised exactly as required.
- Any uploaded images must be black and white only and preferably transparent PNG or vectors.
- For any trademark, copyright, logo you must obtain written permission from the trademark owner confirming you may use it and engrave it. If you instruct us, you accept full responsibility and liability for any unauthorised use or misuse.
- Keep all text/art within blue bounding box! if you can't see it- nor can we!.
- Images must be of suitable size or resolution (ideally 300dpi). If you provide a low or substandard quality images we will do the best we can with it or may have to reject the order entirely.
Highly detailed images that are shrunk into a very small space are likely to lose all the detail and result in a black burnt blob. Small images expanded well beyond their original size will equally likely to be unsuitable unless supplied as vectors.
