Shipping & Delivery
We use signed for couriers or Royal Mail for most of our dispatches. Most orders are dispatched in 24-48 hours on weekdays only and the courier service is usually next day and Royal Mail second class 3-5 days. If we have your correct email and mobile phone you will receive a tracking text or notification of delivery. There is a small surcharge for all UK offshore locations which is a cost we pass on to you. Please ensure you select the appropriate "country" in checkout to avoid delays. If you are out when the courier delivers he will return the parcel to the depot and put a card through your door. If you live in a flatted or gated property with no access please provide alternative delivery address. It is much easier for us to successfully deliver to your work address if you can provide that. Please remember to give us the delivery address telephone number or your mobile.

Returns & Replacements
Every single item passes a second quality control check prior to dispatch. We will accept returns notified to us within 14 days. You are responsible for ensuring the items are safely returned in original packaging. Please see our Terms and conditions for the precise details.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
No goods will be sent unless paid in full. We check all orders and use a fraud screening service and may decline them for any reason. Prices are subject to change. Please ensure you read our terms and conditions.
